To make the most of this valuable service it is best to come prepared to the meeting:
Prioritise your wishlist -your must haves versus nice to haves
Work out what will have the greatest impact on your lives - is it a seperate living room for your teenagers or creating some open plan living?
Think about what is a realistic budget range you are comfortable to spend - having some parameters at the outset avoids spending money drawing plans that end up outside of your budget
Timeframe - think about when you would like this to happen, and whether you would live in the house at all during the renovation.
At the conclusion you can expect to leave with a clearer idea of what is possible and what would work well for you.
