Our villa lacked good indoor / outdoor flow, and also lacked a separate space for our teenagers to escape to. We wanted to open up the house to the north facing back yard, and at the same time put the existing lounge back into its own separate room . We were looking for a builder that could support our project, by listening to our needs and keeping to our budget. It was also very important that we were able to trust them, as we would be away from the house each day while the project was going on. Upon meeting Terry and the team we instantly felt comfortable and able to trust them to work alone in our house. |
The project went smoothly – we were always kept in the loop, made aware of timelines, the staff worked hard and they did a great job. We are delighted with our new living area and love the way our kitchen and dining spills out onto our sunny deck, it has changed the way we live in our home. The whole family is enjoying having a separate area for our teenagers and their friends to socialise in. The workmanship was top quality, the guys cleaned up every day on site which was really appreciated as we were living there through the project.
